DIRTY Juicy Lucy (Amazing Hamburger) on Weber Grill and the Camp Chef Griddle

If you ever go to Minneapolis Minnesota, the one food you have to try is the Juicy Lucy Hamburger. Like Philly is know for the Philly Cheesesteak, Minneapolis is known for the Juicy Lucy. This hamburger has always intrigue the DIRT Man and he wanted to see if he could make a amazing Juicy Lucy using Todd’s DIRT Seasonings. Well after many tries, Todd has come up with his version and it is amazing. Watch The DIRT Man show you how to make this great burger.

Recipe (Makes two hamburgers)
One Pound of 80/20 Hamburger or 4 premade hamburgers
2 Tablespoons of Original Todd’s DIRT (All Todd’s DIRT Seasonings will work.)
2 Slices of American Cheese
2 Slices of Colby Jack Cheese
Hamburger Buns

After making four hamburger patties, you want to sprinkle the Original Todd’s DIRT all over on both sides and press the seasoning into the meat. Take half of the American and cut it off. Fold the piece in half and put on the middle of the hamburger. Do the same with the Colby Jack Cheese. Then add the other two halves like before. Take the second hamburger and put over the top of the hamburger and cheese. With your finders press the sides together and spin until the whole hamburger is done. Then pat all the way around, until you don’t see the seams of the two burgers. Cook them either on the grill, griddle or a frying pan. Put it on a bun and add your fixings. It is pretty simple.

Key
You have to make sure there are no openings around the seams of the two burgers. It has to look like one burger.

This is a lick your plate after your done recipe. Todd shows you how to make this amazing Fettuccine Alfredo recipe that will not disappoint. He also grills the DIRTY chicken that he flattened and grilled it on a Weber grill. One taste and you will be hooked. This recipe can feed up to 10 people, so cut it in half if you don’t want so much leftovers. Enjoy!

Recipe
One Chicken breast
1 Pint of Half and Half
1 1/2 Pints of Whipping Cream
4 oz of Butter
8 oz of Romanno Shredded Cheese
One Cup of Graded Parmesan Cheese
3 Teaspoons of Garlic or three cloves of garlic
1 Tablespoon of Original Todd’s DIRT
16 oz of Fettuccine Pasta

Take the chicken breast and smash it down until the chicken is flat and even. Put Extra Virgin Olive Oil all over the chicken and sprinkle The Original Todd’s DIRT all over the chicken. Grill the chicken until looking juicy.

In a preheated pan put the half and half and the whipping cream into the pan and mix. When it gets hot, add the Butter, garlic and the Todd’s DIRT. When the butter has melted and it starts to boil add the cheese’s, and mix until melted. Cook the pasta and put it into a bowl. Pour the Alfredo over the top of the pasta and mix well. Add more Parmesan if you like. Plate the pasta and cut the chicken into cubes or strips and put it on the top of the pasta. Enjoy!!!

Here is the recipe for Jerk chicken

5 Chicken Breast or Thighs
Fresh Cilantro diced fine (a good amount like 4 tablespoon)
2 inch piece of Fresh Ginger, peeled and cut into pieces
2 tablespoon of Garlic or 4-5 cloves
2 habanero peppers, cut into a few pieces. Cut off the stem.
1 quarter cup of Turbinado sugar or brown sugar
1 quarter cup of olive oil
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons of lemon and lime juice
1 teaspoon of ground Ginger, Allspice​ and cinnamon
1 whole white onion cut in quarters
3 green onions cut up
2 Tablespoons of Original DIRT ( you could use Bayou)

Recipe
16-20 count Shrimp Medium to large
1/8 of a cup of Olive oil
1-2 tablespoons of Garlic
1/4 stick of Butter
3 Green Onions
1/2 a small can of Green Chilies
3 Tablespoon of fresh Cilantro, cut fine
1 Roma Tomato
1 Jalapeno
1 Red Pepper
3 tablespoons of Bayou DIRT (make sure shrimp is seasoned well)
1 lime
1/8 of a cup of Tequila of your choice.
1 Italian bread cut into slices for Hors d’oeuvre
1 Bag of Tortillas
