The Most Amazing KETO Pot Roast made with Todd’s DIRT Seasonings

This Pot Roast is so good. You want some real comfort food that is KETO friendly, then this recipe is for you. Dare you to find a better tasting Pot Roast. Your choice of vegetables that you want to add. If you are not doing Keto, add what you like.
Recipe
1 Chuck Roast or Roast of your choosing
2 White Onions
1 Package of Baby Carrots or Chop a Full Carrot
2-3 stalks of Celery chopped
1 Package of Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
1 Package of Lipton Onion Mix
1 Stick of Butter
1 Clove of Garlic
3-4 Tablespoon of Original Todd’s DIRT Seasonings
1/2 Cup of Beef Broth
1 Cup of Red Wine
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Heat up your frying pan and add enough Extra Virgin Olive Oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Put enough Original DIRT to cover the meat. Press the seasoning all over the meat. Sear all four sides of the roast. This will take 2 -3 minutes per side. Dice up some onions and put them on the bottom of the crock pot. Put the meat on top of the onions. Add the carrots, celery and garlic and place inside. Add both dressing mixes and put all over the meat. Cut up the butter and put pieces all over. In a bowl mix the broth and the wine together and pour all over the meat. Put the top on the Crock Pot and put on low. Let this cook at least 6 hours, but it is best to cook for at least 8 hours. The Best Mashed Cauliflower Recipe Using Todd’s DIRT Seasonings (Keto Recipe)

If you like Mashed Cauliflower then you are going to go nuts over this recipe. Todd “The DIRT Man” shows you how to make this delicious recipes using the Original Todd’s DIRT Seasonings. Todd used to hate mashed Cauliflower until he came up with this recipe. Man is this mash really good.

Recipe
One Cauliflower
2 Cups of Chicken Stock
1 1/2 cloves of garlic
2 oz of Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Original Todd’s DIRT
4 Pieces of Butter
1 Teaspoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 cup of Parmesan and Romano Shredded Cheese.
Cut up the Cauliflower, In a sauce pan put the chicken stock in and bring to a boil. When broth boils, add the cut up Cauliflower to the boil stock. After ten minutes check for doneness. When this is ready put into a bowl. In a frying pad add three sticks of butter and let melt. Add the garlic and the Original DIRT to the pan. let everything heat up for 10 seconds or so, while you keep mixing. Then add this to the cauliflower. Now add the Cream Cheese and using a hand mixer or Food processor, mix until the consistency that you want. This is a simple recipe, but it is really good.

MOINK BALLS

MOINK BALLS From Scratch Made with Todd’s DIRT, simply amazing in flavor on the Big Green and Weber.

The DIRT Man shows you how to make DIRTY Moink from scratch using the Salty Sailor rub and the Bayou DIRT. He shows you how to make a great Keto Meat Ball using these two DIRT Seasonings. Then show you how to indirect grill these on the Big Green Egg and a Weber gas grill. You can also do this in the oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
Recipe
1 Pound of Meatloaf/ Meat Ball Mix ground meat
1 Pound of Thin Bacon
1/4 Cup of shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Egg
1 Tsp of Minced Garlic or 1 clove
1 Tbsp. of Salty Sailor or Bayou DIRT

Cut the bacon in half using a knife or sharp kitchen sheers. Put the meat into a bowl and open a big hole into the meat. Crack the egg and put into the meat along with the cheese. Using your hands mix really well. Now add the Todd’s DIRT into the meat and mix some more. Make sure the meat is really cold. Now make the meatball and sprinkle more Todd’s DIRT. Take a half piece of bacon and wrap the meatball. Take a toothpick and secure the bacon by putting it through the meatball. Preheat a 375 degree grill or oven. Set up your grill for indirect grilling. Put the balls into the grill or oven and let cook for 20-25 minutes. When the bacon looks cooked, spread your favorite BBQ sauce all over the ball. Put back on the grill or oven for another 5 minutes. Put on a platter or plate and enjoy!

This is a lick your plate after your done recipe. Todd shows you how to make this amazing Fettuccine Alfredo recipe that will not disappoint. He also grills the DIRTY chicken that he flattened and grilled it on a Weber grill. One taste and you will be hooked. This recipe can feed up to 10 people, so cut it in half if you don’t want so much leftovers. Enjoy!

Recipe
One Chicken breast
1 Pint of Half and Half
1 1/2 Pints of Whipping Cream
4 oz of Butter
8 oz of Romanno Shredded Cheese
One Cup of Graded Parmesan Cheese
3 Teaspoons of Garlic or three cloves of garlic
1 Tablespoon of Original Todd’s DIRT
16 oz of Fettuccine Pasta

Take the chicken breast and smash it down until the chicken is flat and even. Put Extra Virgin Olive Oil all over the chicken and sprinkle The Original Todd’s DIRT all over the chicken. Grill the chicken until looking juicy.

In a preheated pan put the half and half and the whipping cream into the pan and mix. When it gets hot, add the Butter, garlic and the Todd’s DIRT. When the butter has melted and it starts to boil add the cheese’s, and mix until melted. Cook the pasta and put it into a bowl. Pour the Alfredo over the top of the pasta and mix well. Add more Parmesan if you like. Plate the pasta and cut the chicken into cubes or strips and put it on the top of the pasta. Enjoy!!!

Watch out you might thing this is the best Enchilada’s you have ever tasted and so easy to make. Todd “The DIRT Man” shows you how to make this recipe using Todd’s DIRT Seasonings. Try making this recipe and you will never make them again with the Todd’s DIRT.

Recipe
2 Cans of Enchilada Sauce. You can find this in most grocery stores.
1 Pound of Hamburger 80/20
1 Large White Onion diced fine.
1 Can of Green Chiles spicy.
1 TBS of Olive Oil
2 TBS of Granulated Garlic or two small cloves
1 Stalk of Green Onions
2 Bags of Mexican Style Shredded Cheese.
Tortillas of Choice – I like the Mission Low Carb Tortillas.

Put the olive oil into a large frying pan and place hamburger into the pan and cook until 75% done. Drain the grease in the pan and add the garlic, onions and Green Chiles. Cook until done and set the pan aside. Pour one cup of Sauce into the pan and sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoons of Original Todd’s DIRT and mix well. Take the tortilla and lay flat, and add the meat mixture and spread inside the Tortilla. When this is done spread the cheese all over meat. Roll up the tortilla and add it to the cooking pan. In a bowl add the second can of sauce and add some Original Todd’s DIRT about 1 1/2 Teaspoons, and mix really well. When you have added all of the finished Tortilla’s (about 7 in total). Take the sauce and pour it over the top of all of the tortilla’s. Add a bag of cheese all over the top and put some diced green onions on top. Put this pan into a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Or until all of the cheese has melted. When done cut out a piece and put on a plate. 1 Clove of Diced Garlic or 1 teaspoon of Garlic
Optional 1/4 cup of Bacon Grease instead of Olive Oil for Flavor.

Cut the Brussel Sprouts into half’s and put into a bowl. Drizzle the Olive Oil or Bacon Grease over the Brussel Sprouts. Put in the Garlic and the Original DIRT and mix really well. Preheat the oven for 375 and put the pan into the oven for 25 minutes. You need to flip half way. You can also Sauté the Sprouts until they are soft and crispy on the outside. Enjoy!!

This Pepperoni Pizza Dip is a great appetizer to bring to any party. The DIRT Man show you how to make this recipe using Todd’s DIRT Seasonings in it. The Todd’s DIRT Seasonings make this the best Pizza dip you ever tasted. When you take this to your Super Bowl party. People will think you scored with this recipe.

Recipe
8oz of Cream Cheese
one jar of Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup of Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
Package of Baby Pepperoni
1/2 to one Tsp of Chesapeake DIRT
2 Tsp of Original DIRT

Soften the cream cheese and put in Pyrex baking dish. Take the Original DIRT and the Cheddar cheese mix it in really well with the cream cheese. Once everything is mixed well. Spread the mixture on the bottom of the pan. Put the pizza sauce on top and cover the cream cheese. Spread the Chesapeake DIRT over the sauce. Then put the Mozzarella cheese and spread all over the sauce. Spread out the baby pepperoni all over the top. In a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Then turn up the over to broil. Cook until the top looks golden brown. Use Tortilla chips or Italian bread cut into little pieces. You are going to love this dip. Taste just like a Pepperoni Pizza.

DIRTY Baked Patatoes

This loaded Baked Potato will be one of your favorite Baked Potatoes you will ever try. This is Steak House quality potato, and along with the DIRTY Little DIP on top, makes this potato taste truly amazing. The key of the Potato is cook it until the internal temperature of the potato reads 202 degrees. At this temperature the potato is so fluffy inside.

Recipe
One large Russet Potato
Olive oil
butter
shredded cheese
1 1/2 tables of Original Todd’s DIRT Seasonings
4 oz of Sour Cream
Green Onion

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash the potato well and dry. Take Kosher or Sea Salt and sprinkle all over the potato. This will help season the potato and make it taste great. Poke a bunch of holes so the potato will not burst. Put in the oven for approximately 1 hour. At the one hour mark use a instant thermometer and check for the internal temperature reaches 202 degrees. Take out of the oven and with a brush, based the olive oil all over the potato. Put this back in the oven for 5 minutes. This will make the skin nice and crispy. Cut open the potato and use a fork to fluff up the potato. Then Put the 2 pieces of butter, and add the cheese. To make the dip take 4 oz of Sour Cream and use 1 1/2 tablespoon of Original DIRT and mix. Put this dip right on top of the Potato. Add green onions and bacon bits if you have it. Enjoy.

DIRTY Fajitas

Todd shows you how to make DIRTY Fajitas cooking on the Big Green Egg. This is an amazing Keto recipe and a lot of fun to make.
Recipe
3 pounds of London Broil, Flank or skirt Steak
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
2 1/2 tablespoon of Original Todd’s DIRT
1 tablespoon crushed red Pepper
3 tablespoon of Cilantro
2 large Onions
2 large Red or Green Peppers
1 Jalapeno
Medium Tomato
Sour Cream (optional)
Tortillas I prefer low carb (optional)
Cheddar Cheese (optional)

Marinade in a Ziploc bag, add Olive oil, Lime juice, Garlic, 1 1/2 tablespoons Original Todd’s DIRT seasonings, crushed red Pepper, diced onions and diced jalapeno. Close up bag and shake well. Add the meat in the marinade and put in refrigerator for a minimum of one hour. For best results marinade for 4-6 hours. In a pan, add olive oil, sliced onions and sliced Peppers. add 1 tablespoon of Original Todd’s DIRT and 1 tablespoon of cilantro. Over medium heat cook until the onions and peppers are soft. Heat the grill to Medium to high heat at around 450 degrees. Cook the meat and when your flip add more of the marinade. When done let the meat rest for five minutes. Slice the meat and add everything to a tortilla. Enjoy making and eating this recipe.
