DIRTY Sausage Gravy

You are going to love this Sausage and Gravy recipe. Almost better then Grandma makes. The Original DIRT just bring out all of the flavors of the gravy, to really bring out the taste of the sausage. Very easy to make, but be careful. It is hard to only each a small plate of this stuff.

1 pound of Jimmy Dean Sausage
1/2 of a Onion diced fine
Tablespoon and half of Original DIRT or Bayou DIRT
Tablespoon of Garlic Power
Teaspoon of Black Pepper
2 Tablespoon of Flour or more if needed.
2 cups of milk or less if needed.

Cook the sausage in a pan of your choice, I prefer a cast iron fry pan. After the sausage is cooked, you might need to add some butter if there is not enough grease. Bacon grease works well also. Add the 2 tablespoons slowly into the pan and mix. If the grease is not soaked up add more flour slowly until it looks dry in the pan. Cook the flour for a minute. Add the milk in slowly and stir until the gravy looks right. Put on Biscuits or toast.
