Dirty Smash Bagel Sandwich on the Camp Chef Griddle (Amazing Breakfast Sandwich)

This breakfast sandwich is truly amazing, but messy. Todd shows you how to make this classic sandwich.

Recipe
2 Slices of bacon
2 Sausage Patties (Sausage Pucks as Todd Calls them)
1 Egg
2 Slices of American Cheese
1 Everything Bagel (Or Bagel of your choosing)
1/2 Teaspoon of Original Todd’s DIRT
1/2 Teaspoons of Bayou DIRT (Roughly)

Put two pieces of bacon on the griddle and cook. At the same time, put Bayou on top of each Sausage patty and press in. Place the sausages on griddle and cook. When the bacon and sausage is almost done, beat one egg with the Original DIRT. Take a bagel and cut in half. Put both pieces of the bagel on to the griddle and press down. When you have the desired crust on the bagel, flip it over and put one slice of cheese on each piece of bagel. Put the egg on top of the flat part of the bagel and then layer the sausage and then the bacon and put the top of the bagel on top. Press the bagel down on to the griddle, until the cheese has started to melt. Slice in half and devour the sandwich. You can thank the DIRT Man later. Enjoy getting DIRTY!!!

Easy Tahini and Hummus recipe made with the Original Todd’s DIRT.

Todd shows you how to make an easy but great tasting Tahini sauce and Hummus, made with the Original Todd’s DIRT seasoning. The Original DIRT gives this Tahini and Hummus a more herbal taste. When you taste this recipe, you are going to make it this way every time.

Tahini Recipe
1/4 Cup of Sesame Seeds
2 Teaspoons of Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon of Original Todd’s DIRT Seasoning

In a medium heat dry fry pan add the sesame seeds. Keep stirring the seeds as they heat up and start to turn a light brown color. Only takes between three and five minutes. Put the Sesame seeds into a food processor and mix for two minutes. Push down the mixture that is on the sides. Run the processor again for another minute. Put the Original DIRT in and turn on the processor and slowly add the Olive oil. After about three minutes you have a great Tahini.

Hummus Recipe
1/4 cup of DIRTY Tahini
1 Teaspoon of Granulated Garlic or one clove of fresh garlic
1 Lemon
1 Teaspoon of Original Todd’s DIRT Seasoning
1 Can of Cannellini Beans or Chickpeas
1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
1-2 Teaspoon of Water
1 stalk of Green Onions (chopped)
1/4 cup of Romano and parmesan cheese (Optional)

In a food processor put the Tahini, garlic, lemon and Original DIRT inside and run for two minutes. Push down the sides of the mixture. Drain the liquid from the beans and add half of the beans into the food processor. Run the processor for three minutes. Add the rest of the beans and process for three more minutes. Then add the Olive oil and run for 30 seconds. Add one teaspoon of water and run for another 30 seconds. Open the top and check on the consistency. If you need to thin it out a little more add another teaspoon of water. At this point the hummus is done. You can add the cheese and process for another minute. This really help with the consistency and adds some flavor. Put the hummus into a bowl and put the green onions on top. Enjoy with Vegetables or Pita chips.

DIRTY Gourmet Mac and Cheese (You will love it)

We are making an amazing gourmet Mac and Cheese. Todd and his lovely wife Holly, team up to make this great recipe and funny video. This recipe is pretty easy. Don’t be fooled this recipe is so good you are going back for seconds and thirds. Enjoy!!
Recipe
1 Cup of Diced Ham
6 Green Onions
2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons of Butter or Margarine
4 Tablespoons of Flour
4 cups of Milk 2%
4 cups of Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
1/2 of Parmesan and Romano Cheese Shredded
2 Teaspoons of Original Todd’s DIRT
3/4 Teaspoons of Black Cracked Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt (Kosher)
1 Box of Small Pasta Shells (might say medium on box)

Boil some water and add the pasta shells and cook until done. Dice up a cup of Ham and cut the green onions into little pieces. In a medium heat pan you will add the olive oil, ham and green onions. Cook for a few minutes until ham has some color on it. In a bowl add the pasta, ham and onions. In another pan melt the butter and add the flour to make a roux. Cook the flour for a minute and then add the milk and stir. Add both cheese’s a little at a time and keep stirring. Add the Original DIRT and the salt and pepper. Mix until it thickens up like in the video. Add this to the bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture into a casserole pan and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Put on a plate and enjoy this amazing gourmet Mac and Cheese.

DIRTY Sausage and Peppers (Wow is this good!)

The DIRT Man creates one of his signature tail gaiting recipes. If you love sausage and peppers, you are going to love this. This recipe can be done in and on your oven or grill.

Recipe
1 package of Brats or favorite Sausage
1 Large Vidalia Onion (Any White onion will work)
2 Orange, Red or Yellow Peppers
1 clove of Garlic
3 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon of Todd’s DIRT Original Seasonings
1 can of beer
Sub Rolls

Heat up your grill on high, or your stove top to medium heat. Place a cast iron pan on the grill or stove top and let heat up. Slice the onions really thin, and slice the Peppers into strips. Put two tablespoons of Olive Oil into the pan. Add the garlic through a garlic press and mix. Add the onions and the peppers to the pan, along with the Original DIRT. Put the sausage on the grill or put in a oven under the broiler. You only want to cook these 20% or so on each side to get good grill marks, or get good color from the broiler. When the sausages look right add them to the pan. Add a half can of beer, enough to cover half of the sausages. Stir every few minutes until the liquid has reduced by half. Put the sausage and the onions and peppers on top of a roll. I hope you really enjoy this sub.

Dirty Hamburgers

Dirty Hamburgers on Big Green Egg

The DIRT Man shows you how to make hamburgers using Todd’s DIRT Seasonings. This is a simple recipe that taste so good.
Recipe
One Pound of 80/20 hamburger
2 Tbsp. of Original DIRT

First thing is get the hamburger really cold. Next put the hamburger into a bowl and put the seasonings over the meat and mix well. Take the hamburger and put enough to fill your hand. Roll the meat like a big meatball and then flatten with your hand. Put the hamburger on a plate and take outside to the grill. Any extra made hamburger, wrap Saran wrap around the hamburgers and then put in a freezer bag. Take them out when you need them for your next meal. I like to add more Todd’s DIRT seasonings on the hamburger before I put on the grill. Original DIRT work great, but I prefer the Salty Sailor on the outside. Cook until desired temperature and enjoy!!

KETO Pot Roast

The Most Amazing KETO Pot Roast made with Todd’s DIRT Seasonings

This Pot Roast is so good. You want some real comfort food that is KETO friendly, then this recipe is for you. Dare you to find a better tasting Pot Roast. Your choice of vegetables that you want to add. If you are not doing Keto, add what you like.
Recipe
1 Chuck Roast or Roast of your choosing
2 White Onions
1 Package of Baby Carrots or Chop a Full Carrot
2-3 stalks of Celery chopped
1 Package of Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
1 Package of Lipton Onion Mix
1 Stick of Butter
1 Clove of Garlic
3-4 Tablespoon of Original Todd’s DIRT Seasonings
1/2 Cup of Beef Broth
1 Cup of Red Wine
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Heat up your frying pan and add enough Extra Virgin Olive Oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Put enough Original DIRT to cover the meat. Press the seasoning all over the meat. Sear all four sides of the roast. This will take 2 -3 minutes per side. Dice up some onions and put them on the bottom of the crock pot. Put the meat on top of the onions. Add the carrots, celery and garlic and place inside. Add both dressing mixes and put all over the meat. Cut up the butter and put pieces all over. In a bowl mix the broth and the wine together and pour all over the meat. Put the top on the Crock Pot and put on low. Let this cook at least 6 hours, but it is best to cook for at least 8 hours. DIRTY Brussel Sprouts Taste Amazing!! Keto, Vegan Healthy Recipe That Everyone Wil Love.

Todd “The DIRT Man” shows you how to make this delicious side recipe that goes with practically anything you pair it with. These DIRTY Brussel Sprouts taste so good that you will not want to make it any other way. If you make it with Extra Virgin Olive Oil it is a really healthy recipe. The Bacon Grease does add a lot of flavor if you make it that way.
Recipe
Brussel Sprouts
1/4 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
1 to 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Original Todd’s DIRT Seasoning
1 Clove of Diced Garlic or 1 teaspoon of Garlic
Optional 1/4 cup of Bacon Grease instead of Olive Oil for Flavor.

Cut the Brussel Sprouts into half’s and put into a bowl. Drizzle the Olive Oil or Bacon Grease over the Brussel Sprouts. Put in the Garlic and the Original DIRT and mix really well. Preheat the oven for 375 and put the pan into the oven for 25 minutes. You need to flip half way. You can also Sauté the Sprouts until they are soft and crispy on the outside. Enjoy!!

This Pepperoni Pizza Dip is a great appetizer to bring to any party. The DIRT Man show you how to make this recipe using Todd’s DIRT Seasonings in it. The Todd’s DIRT Seasonings make this the best Pizza dip you ever tasted. When you take this to your Super Bowl party. People will think you scored with this recipe.

Recipe
8oz of Cream Cheese
one jar of Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup of Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
Package of Baby Pepperoni
1/2 to one Tsp of Chesapeake DIRT
2 Tsp of Original DIRT

Soften the cream cheese and put in Pyrex baking dish. Take the Original DIRT and the Cheddar cheese mix it in really well with the cream cheese. Once everything is mixed well. Spread the mixture on the bottom of the pan. Put the pizza sauce on top and cover the cream cheese. Spread the Chesapeake DIRT over the sauce. Then put the Mozzarella cheese and spread all over the sauce. Spread out the baby pepperoni all over the top. In a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Then turn up the over to broil. Cook until the top looks golden brown. Use Tortilla chips or Italian bread cut into little pieces. You are going to love this dip. Taste just like a Pepperoni Pizza.

DIRTY Baked Patatoes

This loaded Baked Potato will be one of your favorite Baked Potatoes you will ever try. This is Steak House quality potato, and along with the DIRTY Little DIP on top, makes this potato taste truly amazing. The key of the Potato is cook it until the internal temperature of the potato reads 202 degrees. At this temperature the potato is so fluffy inside.

Recipe
One large Russet Potato
Olive oil
butter
shredded cheese
1 1/2 tables of Original Todd’s DIRT Seasonings
4 oz of Sour Cream
Green Onion

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash the potato well and dry. Take Kosher or Sea Salt and sprinkle all over the potato. This will help season the potato and make it taste great. Poke a bunch of holes so the potato will not burst. Put in the oven for approximately 1 hour. At the one hour mark use a instant thermometer and check for the internal temperature reaches 202 degrees. Take out of the oven and with a brush, based the olive oil all over the potato. Put this back in the oven for 5 minutes. This will make the skin nice and crispy. Cut open the potato and use a fork to fluff up the potato. Then Put the 2 pieces of butter, and add the cheese. To make the dip take 4 oz of Sour Cream and use 1 1/2 tablespoon of Original DIRT and mix. Put this dip right on top of the Potato. Add green onions and bacon bits if you have it. Enjoy.
