DIRTY Breakfast on the Camp Chef Griddle (Warning this will make you hungry)

The DIRT Man uses his Camp Chef Griddle to show you how he makes breakfast on the griddle using Todd’s DIRT Seasonings. Starts with cooking bacon. He make DIRTY Hash Browns using the Original DIRT. Hormel’s Corn Beef has with onions, hot sauce, onions and the Bayou DIRT. He also makes two eggs using the Original DIRT. The breakfast taste so good. I have videos on YouTube and toddsdirt.com showing how to make the potatoes and hash. But cooking it on the griddle is so much better.

KETO Pot Roast

The Most Amazing KETO Pot Roast made with Todd’s DIRT Seasonings

This Pot Roast is so good. You want some real comfort food that is KETO friendly, then this recipe is for you. Dare you to find a better tasting Pot Roast. Your choice of vegetables that you want to add. If you are not doing Keto, add what you like.
Recipe
1 Chuck Roast or Roast of your choosing
2 White Onions
1 Package of Baby Carrots or Chop a Full Carrot
2-3 stalks of Celery chopped
1 Package of Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
1 Package of Lipton Onion Mix
1 Stick of Butter
1 Clove of Garlic
3-4 Tablespoon of Original Todd’s DIRT Seasonings
1/2 Cup of Beef Broth
1 Cup of Red Wine
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Heat up your frying pan and add enough Extra Virgin Olive Oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Put enough Original DIRT to cover the meat. Press the seasoning all over the meat. Sear all four sides of the roast. This will take 2 -3 minutes per side. Dice up some onions and put them on the bottom of the crock pot. Put the meat on top of the onions. Add the carrots, celery and garlic and place inside. Add both dressing mixes and put all over the meat. Cut up the butter and put pieces all over. In a bowl mix the broth and the wine together and pour all over the meat. Put the top on the Crock Pot and put on low. Let this cook at least 6 hours, but it is best to cook for at least 8 hours. DIRTY Brussel Sprouts Taste Amazing!! Keto, Vegan Healthy Recipe That Everyone Wil Love.

Todd “The DIRT Man” shows you how to make this delicious side recipe that goes with practically anything you pair it with. These DIRTY Brussel Sprouts taste so good that you will not want to make it any other way. If you make it with Extra Virgin Olive Oil it is a really healthy recipe. The Bacon Grease does add a lot of flavor if you make it that way.
Recipe
Brussel Sprouts
1/4 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
1 to 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Original Todd’s DIRT Seasoning
1 Clove of Diced Garlic or 1 teaspoon of Garlic
Optional 1/4 cup of Bacon Grease instead of Olive Oil for Flavor.

Cut the Brussel Sprouts into half’s and put into a bowl. Drizzle the Olive Oil or Bacon Grease over the Brussel Sprouts. Put in the Garlic and the Original DIRT and mix really well. Preheat the oven for 375 and put the pan into the oven for 25 minutes. You need to flip half way. You can also Sauté the Sprouts until they are soft and crispy on the outside. Enjoy!!

The Best Pepperoni Pizza Dip

This Pepperoni Pizza Dip is a great appetizer to bring to any party. The DIRT Man show you how to make this recipe using Todd’s DIRT Seasonings in it. The Todd’s DIRT Seasonings make this the best Pizza dip you ever tasted. When you take this to your Super Bowl party. People will think you scored with this recipe.

Recipe
8oz of Cream Cheese
one jar of Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup of Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
Package of Baby Pepperoni
1/2 to one Tsp of Chesapeake DIRT
2 Tsp of Original DIRT

Soften the cream cheese and put in Pyrex baking dish. Take the Original DIRT and the Cheddar cheese mix it in really well with the cream cheese. Once everything is mixed well. Spread the mixture on the bottom of the pan. Put the pizza sauce on top and cover the cream cheese. Spread the Chesapeake DIRT over the sauce. Then put the Mozzarella cheese and spread all over the sauce. Spread out the baby pepperoni all over the top. In a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Then turn up the over to broil. Cook until the top looks golden brown. Use Tortilla chips or Italian bread cut into little pieces. You are going to love this dip. Taste just like a Pepperoni Pizza.

DIRTY Baked Patatoes

This loaded Baked Potato will be one of your favorite Baked Potatoes you will ever try. This is Steak House quality potato, and along with the DIRTY Little DIP on top, makes this potato taste truly amazing. The key of the Potato is cook it until the internal temperature of the potato reads 202 degrees. At this temperature the potato is so fluffy inside.

Recipe
One large Russet Potato
Olive oil
butter
shredded cheese
1 1/2 tables of Original Todd’s DIRT Seasonings
4 oz of Sour Cream
Green Onion

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash the potato well and dry. Take Kosher or Sea Salt and sprinkle all over the potato. This will help season the potato and make it taste great. Poke a bunch of holes so the potato will not burst. Put in the oven for approximately 1 hour. At the one hour mark use a instant thermometer and check for the internal temperature reaches 202 degrees. Take out of the oven and with a brush, based the olive oil all over the potato. Put this back in the oven for 5 minutes. This will make the skin nice and crispy. Cut open the potato and use a fork to fluff up the potato. Then Put the 2 pieces of butter, and add the cheese. To make the dip take 4 oz of Sour Cream and use 1 1/2 tablespoon of Original DIRT and mix. Put this dip right on top of the Potato. Add green onions and bacon bits if you have it. Enjoy.

DIRTY Fajitas

Todd shows you how to make DIRTY Fajitas cooking on the Big Green Egg. This is an amazing Keto recipe and a lot of fun to make.
Recipe
3 pounds of London Broil, Flank or skirt Steak
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
2 1/2 tablespoon of Original Todd’s DIRT
1 tablespoon crushed red Pepper
3 tablespoon of Cilantro
2 large Onions
2 large Red or Green Peppers
1 Jalapeno
Medium Tomato
Sour Cream (optional)
Tortillas I prefer low carb (optional)
Cheddar Cheese (optional)

Marinade in a Ziploc bag, add Olive oil, Lime juice, Garlic, 1 1/2 tablespoons Original Todd’s DIRT seasonings, crushed red Pepper, diced onions and diced jalapeno. Close up bag and shake well. Add the meat in the marinade and put in refrigerator for a minimum of one hour. For best results marinade for 4-6 hours. In a pan, add olive oil, sliced onions and sliced Peppers. add 1 tablespoon of Original Todd’s DIRT and 1 tablespoon of cilantro. Over medium heat cook until the onions and peppers are soft. Heat the grill to Medium to high heat at around 450 degrees. Cook the meat and when your flip add more of the marinade. When done let the meat rest for five minutes. Slice the meat and add everything to a tortilla. Enjoy making and eating this recipe.

Todd makes an amazing side dish called DIRTY Green Bean Casserole using the Original Todd’s DIRT. The DIRT is the missing link for this great recipe taken off the French’s Fried Onion Can. It was a classic recipe and now it is a Hall of Famer.

Recipe

3/4 Cup of Milk, I use 2%
4 Cups of French Style Green Beans
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
11/3 Cup of French Crispy Onions
2 TBS of Original Todd’s DIRT Seasonings

Put the Green beans in a casserole pan and lay flat in the pan. Put all of the ingredients into the pan, except for half of the Onions. Mix really well and then put the rest of the onions on top. Put in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!!

DIRTY Smashed Burgers

Todd “The DIRT Man” shows you how to make the Best Smashed Burger’s using the Salty Sailor rub. This is a really easy recipe that you and your family are going to love. Todd is cooking on his Camp Chef Griddle.

Recipe
1 pound of 80/20 Hamburger Meat
Salty Sailor Rub
1 large Onion
1 Tomato
American Cheese slices

DIRTY Onions
1 tablespoon of Original DIRT
Olive oil

Take the meat and put in a bowl. Mix in 1 tablespoon of Salty Sailor rub. Mix really well. Take 1/4 of the hamburger meat and put in your hand. Roll the meat around your hand and then flatten the meat real gently. Sprinkle Salty Sailor on both sides of the burger. Slice the Onions pretty thin. On a medium heat griddle, put a tablespoon of olive oil on the griddle and using a spatula spread the oil in a big circle. Place the onions on top of the oil and mix. Take the Original DIRT and sprinkle all over the onions. cook the onions until desired doneness. Place the hamburger on the griddle. After 4 to 5 minutes or until half the hamburger has been cooked and then flip. Put American or your favorite cheese on top of the burger. When the hamburger is done, Put the burger on a bun and place the DIRTY Onions on top.

DIRTY Lamb Chops

Todd Shows you how to make the most amazing Lamb Chops. This is a very simple recipe only using a few ingredients. The Original Todd’s DIRT Seasoning makes lamb taste amazing.

Recipe
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Like Windmill Creek
Garlic (optional)
Original Todd’s DIRT

Drizzle the Olive Oil over the meat. Using your hand make sure the olive oil is all over the meat. Take Minced Garlic if you like and spread all over the chops. Sprinkle the Original DIRT all over the lamb chops. Grill over high heat for 2-3 minutes each side to reach medium rare. Enjoy!!!!

DIRTY Shrimp Scampi

The DIRT Man shows you how to make one of his signature dishes called DIRTY Shrimp Scampi. This recipe use three of his Todd’s DIRT Seasonings to make this amazing dish. Make this recipe for you and your love ones. Sit back an enjoy watching their faces light up.

Here is the Recipe
16 oz of medium 16-20 count Shrimp
1/8 of a cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 Tbs of Margarine or 3/4 stick of butter
2 Tbs of Original Todd’s DIRT
1 1/2 Tbs of Chesapeake DIRT
1 1/2 Tbs of Bayou DIRT
1 TSP of Black Pepper
1 TBS of Minced Garlic
1/2 Medium Onion diced
1 Tomato diced
1/4 cup of Grated Parmesan cheese
16 oz of Linguine Noodles

In a hot pan put the olive oil and garlic in a pan and mix. After 2 minutes add the seasonings to the pan and mix. Once everything starts simmering add the onions. After a few minutes add the Shrimp. Keep mixing everything together and after the shrimp is half cooked add the tomatoes. Boil the Linguine and drain the water. Put the noodles in a bowl and put half of the Parmesan cheese over the top and mix. Add the Shrimp mixture and incorporate with the noodles. Add the rest of the Parmesan cheese and mix some more. Serve and enjoy!
