MOINK BALLS From Scratch Made with Todd’s DIRT, simply amazing in flavor on the Big Green and Weber.
The DIRT Man shows you how to make DIRTY Moink from scratch using the Salty Sailor rub and the Bayou DIRT. He shows you how to make a great Keto Meat Ball using these two DIRT Seasonings. Then show you how to indirect grill these on the Big Green Egg and a Weber gas grill. You can also do this in the oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
1 Pound of Meatloaf/ Meat Ball Mix ground meat
1 Pound of Thin Bacon
1/4 Cup of shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Tsp of Minced Garlic or 1 clove
1 Tbsp. of Salty Sailor or Bayou DIRT
Cut the bacon in half using a knife or sharp kitchen sheers. Put the meat into a bowl and open a big hole into the meat. Crack the egg and put into the meat along with the cheese. Using your hands mix really well. Now add the Todd’s DIRT into the meat and mix some more. Make sure the meat is really cold. Now make the meatball and sprinkle more Todd’s DIRT. Take a half piece of bacon and wrap the meatball. Take a toothpick and secure the bacon by putting it through the meatball. Preheat a 375 degree grill or oven. Set up your grill for indirect grilling. Put the balls into the grill or oven and let cook for 20-25 minutes. When the bacon looks cooked, spread your favorite BBQ sauce all over the ball. Put back on the grill or oven for another 5 minutes. Put on a platter or plate and enjoy!
