Making a DIRTY Philly Cheesesteak on the Camp Chef Griddle

This recipe is so easy and taste really good. If you like to eat Philly Cheesesteak’s, wait till you try my version of it.

4 Pieces of Bacon
1/2 Pound of Shredded Ribeye steak
1 White Onion sliced thin
2 slices of Butter
2 Tablespoon of Original DIRT
2 Tablespoon of Salty Sailor
2 Sub Buns
4 slices of American Cheese
3 Slices of Tomato
Mayo to taste

Over medium heat, put the bacon on the griddle and cook until done. Take the bacon off and add the butter to where you cooked the bacon. Make sure you use the grease from the bacon with the butter. Put the onions over the butter and grease and mix well. Add the Original DIRT to the onions and mix and cook until done. Move over the onions to a low temp to no temp part of the griddle. Now add the steak to the griddle and break up the meat. Add the Salty Sailor to the meat and mix well. When the meat is almost done, add the onions to the meat. Mix this up really well. Now split the meat up to make two sandwiches. Add the cheese to the meat and let it melt. Take the buns and put on the griddle. You can butter the buns if you like. Take the buns off the griddle and add Mayo if you like. Put some more Cheese to the bun and put the meat on top and add a piece of the bacon. You can add other topping if you like. I just added a couple slices of tomato. Enjoy!!
