This loaded Baked Potato will be one of your favorite Baked Potatoes you will ever try. This is Steak House quality potato, and along with the DIRTY Little DIP on top, makes this potato taste truly amazing. The key of the Potato is cook it until the internal temperature of the potato reads 202 degrees. At this temperature the potato is so fluffy inside.

Recipe
One large Russet Potato
Olive oil
butter
shredded cheese
1 1/2 tables of Original Todd’s DIRT Seasonings
4 oz of Sour Cream
Green Onion

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash the potato well and dry. Take Kosher or Sea Salt and sprinkle all over the potato. This will help season the potato and make it taste great. Poke a bunch of holes so the potato will not burst. Put in the oven for approximately 1 hour. At the one hour mark use a instant thermometer and check for the internal temperature reaches 202 degrees. Take out of the oven and with a brush, based the olive oil all over the potato. Put this back in the oven for 5 minutes. This will make the skin nice and crispy. Cut open the potato and use a fork to fluff up the potato. Then Put the 2 pieces of butter, and add the cheese. To make the dip take 4 oz of Sour Cream and use 1 1/2 tablespoon of Original DIRT and mix. Put this dip right on top of the Potato. Add green onions and bacon bits if you have it. Enjoy.
