DIRTY Brisket on the Big Green Egg with “The DIRT Man”

Here’s another DIRTY recipe on the Todd’s DIRT channel called DIRTY Brisket. Make sure you follow the recipe closely so you cook your brisket perfectly. Cooking on the Big Green Egg, which did not sponsor this video.

Todd suggest you cook your brisket at 225 until 250 degrees until the internal temperature hits 204. Very important.
